Shamie Rosez (born Shamiso L.A. Zvandasara) is a Zimbabwean-born, UK-based singer-songwriter, model, author, and creative producer whose work blends artistic excellence with lived resilience. Her stage name Shamie Rosez is a treasured dedication to her beautiful late mother’s name, Rosemary Zvandasara. It represents Rosemary’s love, passion, support, courage and sacrifice towards her daughter’s artistic and education journey.

Living with mild cerebral palsy, Shamie Rosez has built her career with intention and quiet strength, transforming challenges into emotional depth and authenticity across her music and writing.

Shamie has been writing and performing since the age of nine and holds Creative Media from the University of the West of Scotland and an Undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Aberdeen. An award-winning Global Talent endorsed, songwriter whose work has been showcased at respected Scottish festivals including Aberdeen May Festival, Summerhall in Edinburgh, African Festival Glasgow, Hstar Scotland Festival

Musically, Shamie collaborates across the UK and Zimbabwe, crafting a cinematic and emotionally resonant sound. She joined Off Axis Gigs UK in 2025. Her forthcoming 2026 album marks a refined new era — expansive, confident, and deeply personal — reflecting growth, ownership, and creative evolution.

Her debut novel, The Tale of Anerudo, received recognition in both Zimbabwe and the UK & US, and her forthcoming 2026 music album marks a bold new creative chapter. In 2026 she will also launch a children’s book series centred on a young girl who dreams of becoming a pilot — designed to inspire confidence, imagination, self-love and ambition.

Through her company, Ally Rosez, she is building sustainable creative entertainment services and products, community events rooted in legacy, vision, and meaningful storytelling.
